Do your coaches have toilets ?
All coaches provide toilet facilities for passengers to use with toiletries provided if requested.
Can we travel with children?
iQ coaches welcome children to travel with us but we do require responsible adults to travel with children under 16 years old.
How many people can travel with us?
iQ Coaches have a number of vehicles ranging from 8-70 seats. Please get in touch to discuss the number of seats you require.
Do you allow food and drink on the coach?
We pride ourselves in cleanliness and excellent service. We also want you to be comfortable and satisfied therefore allowing food and drinks would be up to the driver’s discretion. If this is agreed, we ask you to dispose of all your rubbish.
Does the coach have charging facilities?
We have individual USB charging stations at each seat. If you speak with our friendly drivers, we would be more than happy to assist where possible.
I am disabled, can I still travel on your coaches?
Most our vehicles are accessible to passengers that may have a disability or medical condition. We have kneeling capability for elderly easier access too. Please call our dedicated team to discuss your needs further.
Do your vehicles have air conditioning?
All our vehicles provide air conditioning to passengers, just speak to our drivers on the day of your travel.
